Chibitalia is 13 years old and he still wears dresses and now is a bit taller that normal, but he still is a pig and loves his pizza and pasta, a carefree look is always on his face and he looks like he is off somewhere else but still listens and works as a made in Austria's house when Austria had one a part of Italy and put him to work, starving the poor boy with German and Austrian food.
He is still waiting in worry for his long time crush Holy Rome to return from the war and hold him like he used too, He loved having Holy Rome around and he also loved Holy Romy but he got a bit weary when he would always run from Italy whenever something happened to the two like their hands touched or anyother thing.
He has a large fear of rats from before when a rat went under Italy's dress and HolyRome happened to lift it up when the rat would chase and hurass Italy. He stays away from them at all costs and cries whenever they come close,
Italy wears dresses and other clothes for women because his boss Roderich thinks he's still a girl and Italy said nothing to correct him, and to add salt to open wounds Hungary would dress him in her own clothing, being a woman also.
He's a cheerful, carefree teenager with no thoughts of getting a real job, he's more attracted to art, music, poetry and religion.
